Regulations of the Alís Online Store with Privacy Policy
Definitions
The terms used in these Regulations mean:
  • Supplier – an entity responsible for delivering shipments,
  • Regulations – these Regulations,
  • Client (Buyer) – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality, which, under specific legal provisions, has legal capacity and places an Order within the Store's operations,
  • Online Store (Store) – the website available at alisme.com, through which the Client can, in particular, place Orders,
  • Goods – products presented in the Online Store,
  • Sales Agreement – a sales contract for Goods within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between LBC2019 sp. z o.o. and the Client, through the Store's website,
  • User – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality, which, under specific legal provisions, has legal capacity and has registered on the Store's service platform,
  • Owner, Seller  LBC2019 spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, the owner of the Store,
  • Order – the Client's declaration of intent aimed directly at concluding a Sales Agreement, specifying, in particular, the type and quantity of Goods.
General Provisions and Identification of the Service Provider

These Regulations define the principles of operation of the online store alisme.com, as well as the general terms, rules, and manner of sales conducted in the Store. They have been drafted in accordance with Article 8 of the Act of July 18, 2002, on electronic service provision (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144, item 1204, as amended).
The Store operates at the internet address alisme.com.

The Online Store is managed by its Owner, LBC2019 spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (Tax ID: 7010968698, KRS: 0000826204), registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, headquartered at ul. Stawki 4B, unit 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

The personal data administrator of the Store is its Owner.

Providing personal data to the Owner is voluntary but necessary for concluding and executing the sales contract, registering a user account, fulfilling an order, issuing an invoice, and providing other services available in the Online Store.

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018 (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000, as amended).

Personal data may be shared with third parties only to the extent necessary to execute the contract, such as courier companies, payment operators, IT service providers, or public authorities authorized by law.
The Client has the right to:
  • access their data,
  • correct, delete, or restrict the processing of their data,
  • object to data processing,
  • transfer data,
  • withdraw consent for processing (if processing is based on consent),
  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
The Online Store uses cookies to ensure the proper functioning of the website, customize it to user preferences, analyze site traffic, and conduct marketing activities. Cookies may be stored on the user's device and used by the Store and third parties, such as analytical tool providers (e.g., Google Analytics) or advertising services (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Pixel).

Users can manage cookies through their browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. However, restricting the use of cookies may affect some Store functionalities.

These Regulations are drafted in particular based on:
  • The Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827, as amended),
  • The Act of April 23, 1964 – Civil Code (Journal of Laws 1964 No. 16, item 93, as amended),
  • The Act of July 18, 2002, on electronic service provision (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144, item 1204, as amended),
  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (GDPR),
  • The Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018 (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000, as amended).
